Q. Do you provide services in assisted living facilities?
A: Yes we do provide if it is allowed by the assisted living facilities or nursing home. Sometimes people discover that the assistance provided in an assisted living facility is not sufficient as in Homecare to enable them to remain independent because assisting living usually does not offer one to one service. In these cases, Care With Love provides a qualified caregiver to make this possible.

Q. What if my caregiver called out for any reason?
A: Care with love has a team of energetic caregivers love to help and care for your loved one so that your care service will not be interrupted if someone gets sick or goes on vacation or called out for emergency situation. The Client Care Coordinator will arrange another caregiver and will contact you in advance of the change. The Client Care Coordinator will also introduce the interim caregiver to you and review your Plan of Care with the interim caregiver prior to service. Our goal is to ensure that we provide services are as expected. Your safety and security are a top priority.
Q. Can I change the schedule if I have appointments to keep?
A: Sure, Schedule changes are easily accomplished with as little as one week notice. Our aim is to make the schedule very flexible to meet your needs. You come first. We will do everything possible to make sure the schedule you want is the schedule you get in a timely manner.
Q. Is there a written plan of care for each client? Is it modified and if so, how often?
A: Care with Love develops a personalized and completely confidential Plan of Care for each client in the FREE NO-OBLIGATION ASSESSMENT we offer. The purpose is to document the type of care services needed and when the client would like to initiate care. Once the client, and family members, agree on the Plan of Care, the office staff will use that information to match it with a caregiver who will be delivering the service, establish the schedule and agree to the monitoring and communication.
We review care plans with the client and family every six months but maybe more frequent based on needs or emergencies.
